I was very excited to get this treadmill but that didn't last long. It was very easy to set up but the problem was the belt. It was way too loose and wouldn't tighten. The instruction manual gave separate directions for aligning the belt and tightening the belt. I was able to align the belt using these instructions but couldn't tighten it. When I contacted the company's customer service, they gave me the same instructions for aligning the belt as the manual did. When I tried to explain that I had already aligned it but needed clearer instructions for tightening the belt, the representative simply repeating the same directions as before. I even explained that the manual had different instructions but they weren't clear past removing the motor cover. I was then asked for my email, which she sent the yet again the very same instructions given to me on the phone. I was told to send a video of my issue along with my order number, which I promptly did. However, once she saw that I purchased the treadmill from Amazon, I was then told they could no longer assist me and I would need to contact Amazon for assistance. All I wanted to do was know how to tighten the belt! How can the manufacturer of the product not be able to answer that simple question? To add to the problem, they just say call Amazon for help. If they didn't want people contacting their customer service, the why provide a big card with their number on it inside the packaging?!
I am disappointed and disgusted by this company and product. I am returning the treadmill and will find another one, from a different company to purchase. I thought I had found the perfect machine, at a great price, to help with my home rehab process. Instead, I ended up with a headache and a bunch of hassle trying to get a solution to a problem that should be easy to fix. I will never biy from this company again!!
